KVS Recruitment 2025 (PGT / TGT / PRT)

CTET is mandatory for central government schools (KVS, NVS, Army Schools). State government schools require the respective State TET. However, some private schools may not require TET.

Age limit varies: KVS PGT/TGT: 18–35 years; NVS TGT: 18–35 years; most state teaching jobs: 18–40 years. Relaxation available for reserved categories.

Government school teacher salaries: PRT (Primary) ₹35,400–44,900/month; TGT ₹44,900–1,42,400/month; PGT ₹47,600–1,51,100/month. Includes DA, HRA, and other allowances.
