📋About NVS TGT/PGT

NVS recruits Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) and Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) — residential government schools providing free quality education to talented rural students. NVS teachers serve in schools across all 28 states and 8 UTs, often in remote areas with excellent accommodation and facilities.

✅Eligibility

Qualification: TGT: Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject + B.Ed., minimum 50% in graduation and B.Ed. PGT: Post-Graduate Degree in relevant subject + B.Ed., minimum 50% in PG and B.Ed.

• Age limit: 21–35 years for TGT; 21–40 years for PGT
• Age relaxation: OBC 3 years, SC/ST 5 years
• CTET qualification required for TGT posts
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is required
