राजीव गांधी किशोरी सशक्तीकरण योजना — सबला
Ministry of Women and Child Development
Launched on 19 November 2010 by merging the Kishori Shakti Yojana (KSY) and Balika Samridhi Yojana (BSY), SABLA addressed adolescent girls aged 11-18 years through the ICDS Anganwadi platform. It provided nutrition supplementation (600 kcal per day for out-of-school girls), iron and folic acid tablets, life skills education, vocational training guidance, and reproductive and sexual health information. SABLA was replaced by the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao-led RKSK (Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram) framework in 2014.
